Nevada Project: The Big Springs Gold Project in Nevada, USA, is adjacent to First Majestic Silver’s Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine Complex, an operating mine with a production history of over 10 million ounces of gold. Big Springs has an existing resource base of approximately 1 million ounces of gold within a granted mining license, surrounded by about 93 km² of prime exploration ground prospective for Carlin-style gold.
Amanda Buckingham – Managing Director
Dr. Amanda Buckingham is the Managing Director of Warriedar Resources Limited (ASX: WA8), bringing over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration to the role. She co-founded Fathom Geophysics in 2007, a geophysical consulting group that has developed technology for targeting mineral deposits under cover. Her extensive exploration experience spans Australia, North America, and other regions, encompassing both gold and base metals.
Before her tenure at Warriedar Resources, Dr. Buckingham co-founded two ASX-listed companies: Cygnus Metals and Desert Metals. She has also served as a director of several private companies and as a research fellow at the University of Western Australia.
In her current role at Warriedar Resources, Dr. Buckingham oversees exploration and development activities, focusing on projects in Western Australia and Nevada, USA. Under her leadership, the company has been actively drilling and conducting geophysical surveys to expand its resource base.
