Marquee (ASX:MQR) get the source at Redlings REE project
October 4, 2023Marquee Resources has identified high-density structures believed to be the source of surface mineralisation at its Redlings REE project in Western Australia
High-density pipe-like structures revealed by a 1,907-station ground gravity survey add enhancing colour to the existing exploration model.
The company is confident the pipe-like structures lead to the source of surface mineralisation up to 7,503ppm TREO.
“This infill gravity survey has significantly improved our understanding of the Redlings REE Project,” Marquee Executive Director Charles Thomas said.
“For the first time, we believe we have possibly identified the source of the surficial mineralisation that we have encountered on our last few exploration campaigns at the Project.
“Acquisition of this new geophysical datasets is a significant next step in unlocking the geology potential within the Redlings REE Project area.”
The Company aims to thoroughly test the potential of the Project to host an economic REE mineral resource.
