Mark English – Managing Director
Mark has a Bachelor of Business degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mark has a 40-year career in the resources sector and in corporate services. As Managing Director he spearheaded Auric’s march to an ASX listing and on a day-to-day basis has particular responsibility for Company strategy, financial management, corporate development and acquisition opportunities. Mark was a founding Director of Bullion Minerals Ltd (now Devex Resources Ltd (“DEV”)), that he managed for 10 years including completing its IPO.
