Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG) agrees to sell remaining 49% stake in Challenger Mines to GDM
Adelong Gold has agreed to sell its remaining 49% interest in Challenger Mines Pty Ltd to Great Divide Mining in a transaction valued at ~$3.1m while retaining a 1% NSR royalty over future gold production at the Challenger Gold Project in New South Wales.
