GTi Energy Limited

GTI Energy Ltd (ASX: GTR) is an Australian uranium exploration company focused on developing In-Situ Recovery (ISR) uranium assets in the United States, particularly in Wyoming’s Powder River and Great Divide Basins. The company’s flagship project, Lo Herma, holds a JORC-compliant Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 8.57 million pounds of U₃O₈ at an average grade of 630 ppm, and a further exploration target of 6 to 11 million pounds. Located near existing ISR operations with favourable alkaline leach economics, Lo Herma is strategically positioned, with a scoping study currently underway and expected in the second quarter of 2025.

GTI’s broader portfolio includes additional ISR uranium prospects at Green Mountain and in the Great Divide Basin, as well as earlier-stage uranium-vanadium projects in Utah. The company is advancing its pipeline through targeted drilling, environmental permitting, and metallurgical testing to support resource growth and project development. GTI’s strategy is underpinned by the surging U.S. demand for domestically sourced uranium, especially following the 2024 ban on Russian imports. With ISR mining recognised for its low-cost and environmentally superior extraction methods, GTI is positioning itself as a future domestic supplier in a market undergoing structural change.
