Black Cat (ASX:BC8) purring at Paulsens Gold

Black Cat Syndicate continue to show the golden growth potential from the Gabbro veins with a multitude of new high grade strikes outside of the current resource at its fully owned Paulsens Gold Operation in Western Australia.

The high-grade system represents a potential new mining area at a site with historically high-grade production of 907koz @ 7.3 g/t and comes ahead of an impending resource upgrade.

“The ongoing results coming out of the Gabbro Veins drilling is strong validation of our thesis that they represent both a significant gold Resource and a potential new mining area for the Paulsens Gold Operation,” Black Cat Managing Director Gareth Solly said.

“The most recent results are all extensional to the current Paulsens Resource and will be included in the update to be completed in May 2023.

“Engineering activities are also in full swing as we ready the site for a potential restart decision in the middle of the year.”

Paulsen’s current estimate already sits at 3.8mt @ 3.3 g/t au for 401,000 oz, resting within 1000 square kilometres of highly prospective ground,100 per cent controlled by Black Cat, which last produced in times of significantly lower gold prices.

And now with prices almost 700 dollars higher than the US$1300/oz mark when it produced its last ounce in 2017, Black Cat is circling around the decision to reboot operations with an upgraded resource all set to include a new bounty of high-grade hits.
