DevEx Resources (ASX:DEV) defines district-scale uranium pipeline at Nabarlek

April 30, 2026 Off By MarketOpen

DevEx Resources has defined a large, target-rich pipeline of uranium discovery opportunities across its 100%-owned Nabarlek Uranium Project in the Northern Territory, supported by recent tenement acquisitions and the integration of geophysical, geological and drilling datasets across the expanded project area within the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province, one of the largest uranium districts in the world.

Highlights

  • District-scale uranium opportunity defined at the Nabarlek Uranium Project within the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province
  • Pipeline of drill-ready and emerging uranium targets identified across the expanded project area
  • High-priority drill-ready targets include Big Radon, KP, Sandfire and Nabarlek North for 2026 drilling
  • Rock-chip assays of up to 0.31% U₃O₈ returned from fault corridors near the Caramal Uranium Deposit
  • 2026 drilling campaign planned comprising approximately 17,000 metres of diamond and RC drilling

The Company has consolidated a district-scale land position through the acquisition of tenements from Alligator Energy Limited and Rio Tinto, enabling a unified targeting strategy across the project area.

By integrating geophysical, geological and drilling datasets across its expanded portfolio, DevEx has established a regional exploration masterplan that is rapidly advancing multiple prospects towards drill-ready status.

Across the Nabarlek Project, the Company has identified zones of structural complexity underlying kilometre-scale radiometric anomalies, with these areas of complexity considered favourable structural traps for the deposition of uranium mineralisation.

High-priority targets including Big Radon, KP, Sandfire and Nabarlek North have been refined through recent ground gravity surveys and interpretation of airborne magnetic and radiometric datasets.

At the Big Radon Prospect, an extensive three-kilometre-long radon anomaly overlies the Nabarlek Fault Corridor, with detailed ground gravity surveys identifying structural disruption coinciding with peak radon emissions.

At KP, a two-kilometre-long radon anomaly is associated with a north-west fault structure identified through ground gravity surveys.

At Nabarlek North, reinterpretation of historical drilling and gravity data suggests that it may be the extension of the sub-parallel East Shear, which lies east of the Nabarlek Mine.

Emerging targets have also been identified in the Caramal region, where recent fieldwork returned results including rock-chip assays of up to 0.31% U₃O₈ from a fault breccia at Orion East, with these results building on historical assays of up to 2.1% U₃O₈ from nearby sampling.

DevEx interprets Orion East and other similar prospects to form part of a broader mineralised system associated with north-west trending uranium-bearing fault corridors with the potential to host large-scale uranium mineralisation beneath the McArthur Basin sandstones.

DevEx Resources Managing Director Marnie Finlayson said

“The recent expansion of our landholding at Nabarlek has been a strategic step-change for the Company, allowing us to move beyond individual prospects and assess the district as a whole.”

Targeting along these corridors is being informed by the integration of magnetic, radiometric and hyperspectral datasets together with detailed field mapping, with a focus on identifying structural positions where favourable host rocks analogous to those at the Nabarlek and Jabiluka uranium deposits are intersected.

Re-logging of diamond drill core at Caramal confirms a geological profile comparable to that seen at the Jabiluka deposit, including the presence of highly prospective carbonate sequences extending eastward from Caramal.

Final preparations are underway to kick-off the Company’s 2026 NT drilling campaign of approximately 17,000 metres of diamond and reverse circulation drilling, which represents the first phase of systematic testing of targets generated from the Company’s broader exploration pipeline.
