Westgold (ASX:WGX) accelerates exploration with outstanding drill results from Fletcher Zone at Beta Hunt

Westgold Resources Limited (ASX:WGX) has reported exceptional drill results from the Fletcher Zone at the Beta Hunt mine, marking significant progress in its Stage 3 Resource Definition drilling program.

The latest assays confirm high-grade gold mineralization, prompting the company to deploy additional drill rigs to accelerate the exploration efforts.

This move aims to fast-track the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate, targeted for late Q2 to early Q3 FY25.

• Two additional drill rigs will be mobilized, increasing the fleet to three at Fletcher.
• A maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for Fletcher is expected in late Q2 or early Q3 FY25.
