Reach Resources (ASX:RR1)

Grade control drilling returns 24.6g/t gold from 20m

Reach Resources reported 7m at 7.5g/t gold from 20m, including 2m at 24.6g/t, from grade control drilling at the proposed NW Pit within its Murchison South Gold Project. A separate hole returned 15m at 2.2g/t from 2m, including 2m at 13.2g/t.

Assays have been received for 123 of 163 holes across the 4,236m program, with results from the remaining 40 holes expected in November. The results will inform final grade control modelling and short-term mine scheduling ahead of planned mining commencement.

Codrus Minerals (ASX:CDR)

Tiquihua rock chips return more than 5% molybdenum

Codrus Minerals reported initial rock chip assays from the Tiquihua Project in Peru, with 3 samples returning more than 5% molybdenum, above the analytical method’s upper detection limit. A further 8 samples returned 2.2–4.13% molybdenum, while copper assays included 1 sample above 10% and 9 samples grading 0.15–0.61%.

Follow-up work will focus on mapping and sampling to assess the extent of the molybdenum skarn beyond the historical workings, alongside metallurgical assessment of the potential to produce a molybdenum concentrate. The results are preliminary rock chip assays and do not establish mineralisation continuity or commercial viability.

Astral Resources (ASX:AAR)

Mandilla infill drilling returns 18.4g/t gold

Astral Resources reported results from 65 infill drill holes covering 6,876m at the Theia deposit within its Mandilla Gold Project, returning a weighted average grade of 1.51g/t gold. Best intercepts included 15m at 7.54g/t gold from 95m and 4m at 18.4g/t gold from 110m.

The program supports conversion of the Stage 1 open-pit resource to the Measured category, increasing confidence in the resource planned for the first 2 years of mining. A further 129 holes covering approximately 12,616m are planned as infill drilling continues in support of the Definitive Feasibility Study.

Desert Metals (ASX:DM1)

Tengrela South sale provides up to A$5m in cash

Desert Metals signed a binding agreement to sell its 80% interest in the Tengrela South gold project in Côte d’Ivoire for up to A$5m in cash, plus a 1% net smelter return royalty. A$2.5m is payable by completion, including the A$100,000 exclusivity fee already received, while up to a further A$2.5m is conditional on the permit being extended beyond November 2027.

The proceeds will support drilling at the Nyan gold anomaly, initial exploration at the Agboville gold-lithium project, new project opportunities and working capital. The transaction remains subject to conditions precedent, including relevant consents and Côte d’Ivoire ministerial approval.

Connected Minerals (ASX:CML)

Historical drilling outlines broad niobium and rare earth zones

Connected Minerals reported historical drilling at the Bailundo Carbonatite Project in Angola, including 205.5m at 1.0% Nb₂O₅ and 227.3m at 2.0% TREO, both from surface. The database covers 10 diamond holes totaling 3,414m, of which 6 were assayed.

Approximately 1,534m of historical core remains unassayed, including 4 complete holes. The company will integrate the data with ongoing drilling and technical studies to assess mineralization extent, continuity and metallurgical characteristics.

Right Resources (ASX:RRE)

Pilot testwork extracts 89.9% gold in 24 hours

Right Resources reported preliminary cyanide bottle-roll testing on a composite sample from the historic Pilot mine mullock dump in NSW, achieving 89.9% gold extraction after 24 hours and 88.1% after 48 hours. The 48-hour test recorded sodium cyanide consumption of 0.374kg/t and lime consumption of 0.239kg/t.

Falcon gravity concentration produced calculated concentrate grades of approximately 29–66g/t gold. Further work will reconcile gold balances and investigate gold distribution, sample variability and potential gravity recovery options. Commercial-scale recovery and project economics remain unestablished.

Orbit Resources (ASX:OBT)

Lewis Ponds survey identifies 1km magnetic target

Orbit Resources identified a coherent 1km magnetic anomaly immediately along strike from the Cousin Jack discovery at its Lewis Ponds project in NSW. The anomaly coincides with an induced polarization (IP) chargeability response, supporting investigation of a potential association with disseminated sulfides.

Field assessment will commence immediately, followed by ground electromagnetic (EM) surveying. The target remains untested by drilling, and the nature and extent of any mineralization are yet to be established.
