Stakk Lands A$12.95M Five-Year Banking Deal
Stakk has executed a US$9.0M, approximately A$12.95M, 5-year agreement with Candescent, with its technology now live across the platform. The agreement provides approximately US$1.8M, or A$2.59M, in annual revenue through 31 December 2030, with Candescent serving more than 1,300 banks and credit unions representing over 30 million registered users.

Orión Study Posts US$2.31B Post-Tax NPV
Osmond’s Orión Scoping Study delivers a US$2.31B post-tax NPV8, 145% IRR and US$299M initial Capex on a 100% Project basis. The study models a 2Mtpa processing plant and 9-year mine life, with 42ktpa of monazite, 68ktpa of zircon and 109ktpa of titanium concentrate. A 13-hole drilling campaign is expected to commence shortly.

Gold Zone Extends 35m With Strong Intercepts
Unity has extended the Camp stockwork vein gold zone with 1m @ 10.2g/t gold, 29m @ 0.5g/t including 3m @ 2.2g/t, and 3m @ 1.5g/t. The new intersections sit 35m along strike NE of earlier drilling, with the broad zone extending from surface to at least 230m depth and remaining open at depth and to the NE.

Jaguar Locks In 20MW Grid Connection
Centaurus has executed the CUST for Jaguar, securing access to Brazil’s 230kV high-voltage transmission network with an initial 20MW allocation through a 36km transmission line. Environmental and mining approvals and the required easement are already in place. The next step is Aneel authorisation, while additional offtake, strategic funding and senior debt negotiations advance.

Artrya Signs Five-Year US Hospital Deal
Artrya has signed a 5-year commercial agreement with Huntsville Hospital Health System, converting its first SAPPHIRE Study participant into a commercial customer. The agreement carries a minimum contracted value of US$0.5M for Salix Coronary Anatomy and provides for additional fee-per-scan revenue, with deployment across HH Health’s 15-hospital network taking Artrya to 4 US commercial customers.

Well 8 Pumps 146,800L With Lithium to 232mg/L
Patagonia Lithium has completed a 72-hour pump test at Well 8, achieving 2,043L/hour and extracting 146,800L, with lithium concentrations reaching 232mg/L. The well recovered from 52.4m to 3.64m during the 24-hour recovery test. Further core processing is underway, while Well 9 has completed a successful packer test at 150m depth.

MyEco Adds Council Contract And Retail Reach
MyEco has secured preferred supplier status with Mildura Rural City Council for certified compostable kitchen caddy liners, with forecast first-year revenue of approximately $162k. Retail distribution has also expanded across more than 90 Foodland stores, more than 80 Ritchies IGA stores and 16 Cornetts IGA stores, while a new FSC-certified bamboo paper range is targeted for launch in H2 FY27.

Dynamic has entered a binding agreement to sell its 100%-owned Lady Jane Gold Project for $650k in cash and deferred consideration, while retaining a 1.5% gross revenue royalty. First Au has committed to at least $250k of direct drilling expenditure within 24 months of completion, with transaction completion subject to customary conditions precedent.

Marquee’s initial Yindi RC program reached fresh rock beneath transported cover in the central corridor for the first time, with 3 holes drilled for 227m. The program ended early because of ground conditions, leaving deeper targets untested. 55 samples have been submitted for gold and multi-element assays, while diamond drilling is being assessed for the next phase.
