WIN Locks In $9.05M Through Tenure Deal
WIN has executed a tenure and mineral rights rationalisation transaction with Astral Resources for total consideration of $9.05M + GST. $8.05M is payable on completion, with a further $1M following registration of M15/96. Completion is scheduled by 5 October 2026, with the transaction restructuring mineral rights across portions of the Mt Edwards Nickel Project. WIN will receive gold rights over M15/99, M15/101 and M15/102, as well as mineral rights over part of M15/653 covering the McEwen and McEwen Hangingwall Nickel Resources.

BOA Resources (ASX:BOA)
High-Grade Copper Hits at Depth at Ricci Lee
BOA has returned 22m at 3.05% Cu and 9.5 g/t Ag from 250m at Ricci Lee, including 9m at 6.86% Cu and 22.1 g/t Ag. A separate 10m intersection at 1.81% Cu also defined a new hanging-wall lode, while the deeper result supports continuity with historic mineralisation. High-grade copper has now been intersected in 9 of the first 10 RC holes, with assays pending for another 36 Ricci Lee holes.

Bass Oil (ASX:BAS)
Bunian 6 Sends Production Above 800 Bopd
Bunian field production has increased to more than 800 bopd from 250 bopd following commissioning of Bunian 6 from the newly discovered M sand. Bass holds a 55% interest and operates the field, with production forecast to reach 1,000 bopd once additional trucking resources become available. Reservoir models will also be updated to quantify reserves and assess future development opportunities.

95m Gold Hit Leads Guanaco Drill Results
Austral has reported 95m at 1.10 g/t AuEq from 26m at Los Nanos, including 3m at 8.11 g/t AuEq. Further results include 20m at 3.12 g/t AuEq and 15m at 3.33 g/t AuEq, including 2m at 16.01 g/t AuEq. The results indicate continuity within the existing resource and mineralisation beyond the current resource model, with up to 8,000m of further drilling expected in Q4 2026.

KTJ Clears Major Environmental Hurdle
Finder has received ANP approval for the Environmental Impact Statement covering the Kuda Tasi and Jahal Development. The EIS is the principal environmental approval required for development and, together with the approved Field Development Plan, establishes key regulatory foundations for the project. The EIS framework covers development, construction, installation, operation and decommissioning, while joint venture processes, project agreements and debt financing continue ahead of Final Investment Decision.

Boab has executed a binding Heads of Agreement with RE:GROUP covering mining services at the Sorby Hills Silver-Lead Project, with scope, pricing, mine planning and production requirements among the key commercial terms. All requisite approvals have been received, while early works including all-weather site access and the Stage 1 mine site camp are complete. Site establishment is scheduled for 15 January 2027, with mining services due no later than 1 March.

New Tin Hits Add to Tallebung Growth Story
SKY has reported 17m at 0.70% Sn, 0.03% WO₃ and 14.8 g/t Ag from 26m at Tallebung, including 4m at 2.44% Sn, 0.06% WO₃ and 28.0 g/t Ag. The results follow drilling completed after the recent Mineral Resource Estimate, with a 150+ hole program targeting resource growth and increased Measured and Indicated Resources. Further diamond drilling has also identified coarse wolframite, with assays pending.

Hawsons Iron (ASX:HIO)
Hawsons Finds New Route to Recover Iron
Hawsons testwork recovered 75.0% of iron from the non-magnetic stream while rejecting 59.6% of silica and 67.5% of alumina. Reverse flotation also demonstrated that the material responds to beneficiation, supporting further investigation of a hematite recovery pathway. Future work will target a 55-60% Fe hematite concentrate alongside the planned 10Mtpa 69%+ Fe magnetite concentrate, with circuit optimisation continuing during the Feasibility Study.

Critical Resources Adds Second Suriname Gold Project
Critical Resources has secured exclusivity to acquire a 90% interest in the approximately 35 km² Greenstars Gold Project in Suriname, around 35 km west of Zijin’s Rosebel gold mine. The project holds a granted gold exploitation and mining right covering approximately 3,500 hectares, with completion subject to conditions precedent including renewal requirements and ministerial approval. During exclusivity, CRR plans site work, historical data recovery, verification sampling and first-pass auger geochemistry.

Tyranna has executed a binding Earn-In and Share Transfer Agreement providing a pathway to earn up to 70% of the Coola Rare Earths and Niobium Project in Central Angola. The granted Prospection Title covers 830 km² and contains 4 formally described alkaline intrusions, 2 of which have mapped carbonatite components. The project is supported by extensive existing geochemical and geophysical datasets, with the title annotated for rare earths.

The company has also completed its SAM.gov registration to support participation in applicable US Government procurement processes.
