Wonarah Secures 500,000tpa Phosphate Offtake

Avenira entered a 4-year phosphate rock offtake agreement with Hebang covering 500,000 wet metric tonnes per annum from commercial commencement. Based on expected DSO production of approximately 600,000 tonnes per annum, the contracted volume represents more than 80% of expected annual DSO production. Product qualification and industrial trials will support final product specifications and pricing.

Javelin and First Au executed a binding Takeover Implementation Deed to combine First Au’s Riverina East and Gimlet Gold Projects with Javelin’s Eureka and Coogee Gold Projects in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The proposed combination brings together approximately 350,600oz of reported Mineral Resources, with Javelin shareholders offered 11.7647 First Au shares for each Javelin share before the proposed 20:1 consolidation.

Tunkillia Drilling Confirms New High-Grade Mineralised Zone

Barton reports further assays from 39,000m of Phase 2 RC resource-upgrade drilling at Tunkillia, including 11m at 8.73 g/t Au and 2m at 36.9 g/t Au. Final assays remain pending, followed by updated gold and silver JORC MREs, with the PFS on track for Q1 CY27.

Tungsten Mining completed Watershed metallurgical testwork producing saleable concentrate grading up to 65.9% WO3 and confirming the conventional ore-sorting, gravity and flotation flowsheet for the DFS. Marketing samples have been sent to potential offtake partners, with further bulk testwork underway on a 134t pilot sample and FID targeted for Q4 2026.

Lightning Testwork Delivers Up To 93.7% Gold Recovery

Terrain’s first Lightning metallurgical testwork program achieved gold recoveries of 87.0%, 92.1% and 93.7% across 3 composites using conventional gravity and cyanide leach processing. The company reports no refractory or preg-robbing behaviour across the 3 composites tested. Further variability testwork is required before a study-level processing assessment.

Auric acquired a package of fixed processing infrastructure for $1.2M supporting the initial 600ktpa Burbanks CIL plant design. The package includes crushing, milling and material-handling infrastructure, spare parts and consumables, plus 2 spare cone crushers and 1 spare jaw crusher. Removal and relocation is scheduled to commence in Q4 2026, with equipment expected on site ready for installation in Q1 2027.

Evergold identified a new shallow gold zone named Vanguard, approximately 600m northwest of the Duchess of York main zone, with 19m at 0.86 g/t Au including 4m at 2.37 g/t Au. The interpreted mineralised footprint extends approximately 250m west to east, with the anomaly remaining open. Resource-definition RC drilling is scheduled for October 2026.

Dart Mining reports 3.96% Sn, 165 ppm Ta and 197 ppm Nb from an in-situ grab sample at the historic Walwa tin mine. 3 further samples returned 1.09%, 0.61% and 0.40% Sn. Maiden diamond drilling at Walwa is scheduled to commence in October 2026.

Estrella received 2 new 50km² Exploration and Evaluation licences in Timor-Leste and conditional approval for a maiden 100t high-grade manganese bulk sample export. Subject to ANM approval, a 3,000m RC/Diamond drilling program is expected to commence shortly, while the application to export ~27,000t by sea remains under assessment by the Timor-Leste Government.

Kalamazoo secured continuous coverage over a 15km prospective structural corridor at Mt Piper following new tenure grants at Seymour and Hughes Creek. The expanded position forms part of Kalamazoo’s 1,574km² 100%-controlled gold-antimony exploration position. Reconnaissance aircore drilling returned a 3m zone exceeding 100ppm Sb, with a peak of 155ppm Sb and gold results up to 68ppb.

Basin Enters Federally Supported Rare Earth Research Collaboration

Basin Energy executed a Collaborative Research Agreement with James Cook University under the Australian Government-backed Resources Technology and Critical Minerals Trailblazer program. The research focuses on characterisation, environmentally improved extraction and recovery of REEs, particularly HREEs, from Sybella-Barkly/Newmans mineralisation, with the agreement running to 1 June 2029 and requiring no cash payment by Basin.
