GoldArc Resources (ASX:GA8)
Binding Acquisition Extends Leonora South Gold Corridor
THE PLAY
GoldArc entered a binding agreement to acquire the Niagara West and North tenement package.
The acquisition extends the Company's Leonora South footprint across the Niagara gold corridor.
The package includes historical high-grade gold drilling and open-ended 2023 RC drill intersections.
Historical workings define east-west and NNE-SSW mineralised structural trends with priority drill sites.
The acquired tenements will be the priority focus of the next Leonora South exploration program.
THE PITCH
The acquisition comprises seven granted prospecting licences and one prospecting licence application.
Niagara West lies immediately north of the Orion and Sapphire Mineral Resources.
Niagara North hosts defined gold geochemical anomalies and has not been bedrock drilled.
The acquired tenements share the same orogenic, vein-controlled gold system as Leonora South.
Upfront consideration comprises A$1.5M in GoldArc shares, with milestone-based contingent consideration.

GoldArc intends to seek shareholder approval by 30 September 2026.
Reconnaissance mapping, rock-chip sampling, soil sampling and geochemical analysis are planned following completion.

First resource expansion assays confirmed copper-gold mineralisation in the Turpentine northern down-plunge target.
Drilling returned 16m @ 1.30% CuEq including 6m @ 2.18% CuEq from 180m.
A second hole returned 19m @ 1.03% CuEq including 4m @ 2.83% CuEq from 216m.
Assay intervals in 26TUR002 and 26TUR003 ended in mineralisation.
Results confirmed mineralisation continues beyond the current Turpentine Mineral Resource envelope.
THE PITCH
Turpentine is the largest deposit within the Hazel Creek Copper-Gold Project.
The deposit hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 8.7Mt @ 1.16% CuEq for 101,000t contained CuEq.
The program targets the interpreted northern down-plunge continuation using gravity inversion modelling and magnetic data.
The North Queensland Copper-Gold Project hosts a global Mineral Resource of 18.8Mt @ 1.07% CuEq for 200,000t contained CuEq.
Barbara assay results confirmed mineralisation continuity at depth and along strike.

Six additional Turpentine drill holes have been completed and are awaiting assay.

Assays from 11 additional reverse circulation drill holes extended gold mineralisation beneath the London-Victoria open pit.
Consistent wide gold intercepts were returned across six drill sections spanning approximately 700m.
Results increased drill density beneath the existing 1.5km-long London-Victoria open pit.
Broad gold intersections were reported in ALRC060, ALRC061 and ALRC070.
The latest results comprise 11 reverse circulation drill holes totalling 2,394m from the ongoing resource drillout.

London-Victoria is an existing 1.5km-long open pit within the Parkes Project in New South Wales.
The current program is a systematic resource drillout beneath the 1.5km-long London-Victoria open pit.
Adavale is a gold and copper explorer-developer focused on the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales.
The Parkes Project comprises the Calarie Mining Licence and 10 granted exploration licences covering approximately 610km².
The Parkes Project spans approximately 70km of contiguous strike within the Macquarie Arc.

The Quartz-Eye Crystal-rich Ignimbrite and Crystal- and Ash-rich Ignimbrite are the principal host rocks.
The geological study comprised two field campaigns over 30 field days with 1:10,000-scale mapping.

Talisker is a ~17km geochemical and geophysical anomaly supported by surface copper mineralisation.
The maiden reverse circulation program is the first drill test of the Talisker fault zone.
Talisker is located approximately 4km from White Cliff Minerals' Danvers deposit on a linked structure.
Permits are in place for up to 100 drill holes across the licence area.
