Sentinel Metals (SNM) enters a binding deal to acquire the Big Springs Gold Project in Nevada, adding 1.01 million ounces to take its combined resource to approximately 2.0 million ounces. A 15 million dollar placement and trading halt are in play pending shareholder approval.
Kaoko Metals (KAO) identifies a new outcropping copper prospect called Bootless at its Chalkos Project in Namibia, expanding a 2.2 kilometre corridor between two existing prospects. Maiden diamond drilling starts in five weeks.
True North Copper (TNC) confirms a new high-grade copper-gold structure at Wallace North in Queensland's Cloncurry district. Best hole: 24.5 metres at 4.2 percent copper equivalent, open along strike and at depth.
Middle Island Resources (MDI) expands the Bobija discovery in Serbia to roughly 80,000 square metres after Phase 2 drilling links three previously separate zones. Headline intercept includes gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc.
