Historical production records referenced by Olympio include an average grade at the Raven Mine of 2,084 grams per tonne silver and 19.51% copper. The Silver King Mine recorded historical average grades of 996 grams per tonne silver, 1.38% copper, 11.6% lead and 1.9% zinc. Olympio stated that no modern exploration or drilling has been recorded at the Raven Project.
The Sawtooth Antimony Project in Idaho consists of 80 mineral claims across 3 prospects: Glory Group, Even Chance and Lone Trail. Olympio stated that historical reports identified silver and antimony occurrences at the project, although historical documentation is insufficient for JORC reporting of assay results.
The acquisition consideration is 12.5 million fully paid ordinary shares issued to Lia Energy Holdings LLC or its nominees. Olympio stated that silver and antimony are included on the 2025 United States Geological Survey Critical Minerals List.
The Raven Project is located approximately 45 kilometres from United States Antimony Corporation operations, which include an antimony smelter. Olympio is working with Scout Discoveries Corp to conduct initial ground reconnaissance mapping and sampling at the Raven and Silver King mines.
