Panther Metals has completed the sale of its 100% owned Annaburroo exploration lease, EL 32140, in the Northern Territory to the owners of Annaburroo station for cash consideration of A$200,000 plus GST.

The transaction follows a strategic review of the company’s exploration portfolio and reflects Panther’s decision to focus its capital, technical expertise and management resources on its Western Australian assets.

The sale of the Annaburroo exploration lease follows Panther’s strategic review of its exploration portfolio and the company’s decision to focus its capital, technical expertise and management resources on its Western Australian assets.

The company said the Board believes Panther’s greatest opportunity to create long term shareholder value lies in advancing its Western Australian gold and nickel portfolio, including the Burtville East Gold Project, the Red Flag Nickel Copper Project and the Coglia Nickel Cobalt Project.

The transaction enables Panther to realise value from a non-core exploration lease while strengthening its balance sheet through additional non-dilutive funding.

Panther said the sale further streamlines its exploration portfolio and allows management to concentrate its efforts on the projects the Board believes offer the greatest opportunity to create long term shareholder value.

Managing Director and CEO Daniel Tuffin said the company had assembled a significant portfolio of gold and nickel assets in the Laverton region of Western Australia.

Following the strategic review, the Board concluded that Panther’s greatest opportunity to create long term shareholder value lies in advancing those assets.

Panther Metals Daniel Tuffin, Managing Director and CEO, commented:

“By monetising a non-core asset, Panther has generated additional non-dilutive funding that will be reinvested into advancing its priority Western Australian projects, while further simplifying the Company’s exploration portfolio and reinforcing its long-term commitment to Western Australia.”

Panther Metals said it commands a large suite of core projects in Laverton, Western Australia, consisting of drill-ready gold and nickel targets across five projects.

The company’s Western Australian portfolio includes the Burtville East Gold Project, the Red Flag Nickel Copper Project and the Coglia Nickel Cobalt Project.

At Burtville East, Panther reported the 2025 updated Mineral Resource Estimate, with a total resource of 110,900 tonnes at 2.79g/t Au for 10,000oz Au at a 0.5g/t Au cut off, and 62,300 tonnes at 4.28g/t Au for 8,600oz Au at a 1.5g/t Au cut off.

At the Coglia Nickel Cobalt Project, Panther reported a Mineral Resource Estimate of 102,886,300 tonnes at 0.60% Ni and 370ppm Co, containing 614,200 tonnes of nickel and 37,700 tonnes of cobalt.

The company said proceeds from the Annaburroo transaction will be directed towards the continued advancement of its priority Western Australian projects and provide additional financial flexibility as Panther continues executing its exploration strategy.

The completed sale of the Annaburroo lease further sharpens Panther’s focus on advancing its Western Australian gold and nickel portfolio, with the company stating that the transaction reinforces its long term commitment to Western Australia.
