LU7 bring on vast new experience for Canadian venture

Lithium Universe has strengthened its development plans in Canada by appointing Joint Chief Financial Officers and Company Secretaries. Each officer possesses unique and diverse skill sets.

Vincent Fayad and Mr Kurt Laney will immediately start their joint posting.

The Chairman of LU7, Iggy Tan, believes that the company has been lucky to have acquired the services of two highly experienced professionals.

He said Mr Fayad brings a wealth of experience in local and international exploration mining. At the same time, Mr Laney is a seasoned Chartered Accountant specialising in accounting, taxation, and corporate secretarial services. Mr Laney has worked in similar roles for other ASX-listed companies and has extensive knowledge of mining company requirements.

“The team and I look forward to working with them,” Mr Tan said.

Vincent Fayad and Mr Laney are experienced Chartered Accountants specialising in accounting, taxation, and corporate secretarial services.

They will serve as Joint CFO/Company Secretaries for the Company, responsible for communication with the ASX regarding ASX Listing rule matters.

They are taking over from the outgoing Company Secretary, George Lazarou.
