Iceni Gold (ASX:ICL) reports Guyer West aircore drilling results

Iceni Gold has reported results from a 33 hole, 1,900m aircore drilling program within the Guyer Farm-In Area at its 14 Mile Well Gold Project, located between Leonora and Laverton.

The program followed up 2 priority aircore gold anomalies identified at Guyer West and Sovereign during 2025. The new results from the focused aircore drilling program outlined a broader >0.1g/t Au geochemical footprint at Guyer West that now covers a 1.6km strike length, up to 500m wide and remains open.

Highlights

The Guyer Trend is the primary focus of the $35M Farm-In agreement with Gold Fields Australia in respect of 154km² of Iceni tenements.

Guyer forms part of the 14 Mile Well Gold Project, which is located between Leonora and Laverton and adjoins the Laverton Gold Operation containing the Jupiter and Westralia gold deposits owned by Genesis Minerals.

The Guyer Trend lies over a northerly striking belt of mafic greenstone sequences, bounded by the Danjo Granite to the west and mafic to intermediate volcanic rocks to the east.

Multiple phases of aircore drilling since August 2024 along the 11.5km granite greenstone contact at Guyer have identified a bedrock gold anomaly masked by up to 40m of transported cover that extends the entire length of the contact.

The Guyer Main anomaly at the northern end of the trend is a >0.1g/t Au anomaly defined over a 6km strike length.

Geophysical gravity and magnetics data suggest the Guyer Trend is part of a broader northwest trending shear zone corridor that the Company interprets to extend from the granite greenstone contact east to include Guyer Ridge and Guyer East.

Guyer West was identified through a wide spaced generative aircore drilling program completed in August 2025. That program defined 2 sub parallel gold anomalies (>0.1g/t Au) coincident with a north north west magnetic feature along the Danjo Granite margin.

The latest program comprised 13 vertical holes for 819m, with 6 infill holes drilled at 100m spacing and the remaining 7 holes drilled between 160m and 200m apart, intersecting granodiorite with quartz veining and localised silica alteration.

Some quartz veining contained pyrite and weathered sulphides, while 2 infill holes intersected a mafic dolerite dyke with moderate foliation and minor quartz pyrite veining along the granodiorite contact, with both holes returning elevated Au values.

Iceni Gold Managing Director Wade Johnson said,

“These new results from the Guyer Farm-In area continue to demonstrate the effectiveness of our systematic aircore drilling exploration strategy in defining broad gold footprints under cover and generating high quality targets for follow up RC and diamond drilling.”

Broad spaced aircore drilling continues to define the Guyer West gold geochemical footprint, with a 1km untested gap remaining to the Wild West Trend along a prospective 6km northwest trending gold corridor beneath transported cover.

At Sovereign, the 2026 infill aircore campaign comprised 20 holes for 1,084m and returned 3m @ 0.27g/t Au from 44m in GUYAC0311.

The Company considers the Sovereign results to be inconclusive and is undertaking further technical due diligence, including resampling of material from the 2026 aircore drilling program, QA/QC investigations and validation of the 2025 drilling results to assess the robustness and reproducibility of the observed gold anomalism.

Follow up infill and extensional aircore drilling is scheduled for the September quarter at Guyer West, while further work at Sovereign will be determined following completion of the investigations and potential reassessment of the geological model.

Multi element Bottom of Hole results remain pending for both areas and will provide insights to associated pathfinder elements and lithogeochemistry.

Drill planning is underway with Gold Fields at Wild West within the Everleigh Farm-In Area.
