Charger (ASX:CHR) begin at Bynoe

Charger Metals have spun up a 2000 metre RC drill campaign on the high priority lithium targets revealed at its Bynoe Project in Australia’s Northern Territory.

The first pass programme will tap into three priority target areas that Charger exploration has spot lit as having high prospectivity for significant pegmatite-hosted lithium.

Charger Managing Director Aidan Platel said the company was thrilled to have begun cracking into an exciting new hard-rock Australian lithium project.

The first-pass programme will drill test priority targets at the Old Bucks, Megabucks and Enterprise Prospects, all of which are located in a structural corridor directly along strike from Core Lithium Limited’s operating Finniss Lithium Mine,” Mr Platel said.

“Samples will be submitted to a certified laboratory in Darwin on a regular basis and we look forward to updating the market as the assay results come to hand.”

Old Bucks comprises a strong lithium anomaly with visible pegmatites at surface, extending over 800 metres in strike and up to 500 metres wide, and Megabucks also exhibits a lithium-in-soils anomaly up to 800 metres long.

And the third high-priority target, Enterprise, notably sits along strike from the thick, high-grade intercepts recorded at Core’s Blackbeard prospect.

The campaign is expected to carry on over the next three weeks and bring in fresh results for a lithium market primed for a rebound.
